Reynoldston Village Hall Association is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and to ensure that its activities and facilities are available to all in the community.

  •  Employment

The Association advertises any job vacancies that arise. Selection will be based on ability to meet the job description.

  • Management

The management of the Association rests with the Trustees and the Committee. The constitution of the Association states that Trustees and Committee members should be representative of the users of the facility and of the community.

  • Access

The Association makes every effort to ensure that physical access to its facilities is available to all. Special attention is paid to those with disabilities.

  • Hall Users

The Association monitors the organisations using the Village Hall to ensure that these organisations adopt an “equal opportunity policy”, relating to membership and management.
