All bookings need to be made using the Hall Master on-line booking system – see link below

If you have any queries about a potential booking please contact the bookings administrator either by email or using the dedicated bookings telephone number. Please do not directly contact individuals.

The Terms and Conditions for hiring the Hall have been amended to ensure the Hirer understands and accepts their responisibilities when booking the Hall. The hirer must read clause 20 and must contact Hugh Jones if they need any clarification. Contact details are included within clause 20

To make a booking click here and you will now enter the Hallmaster booking system.

• Remember to include set up time before your event and time to clear away after your event.
• Please select public and not private booking unless you are booking a children’s party
• You will only be able to access the Hall from the time that your booking commences and not before.
• If you want heating switched on before your event or wish to use the media equipment including the projector in the Minor Hall these must be booked as additional items in the Hall Master system. Other than the projector in the Minor Hall these will incurr additional cost.

Cancellation………

The Hirer is not able to cancel a booking via Hallmaster. This can only be done by the Hall Bookings Administrator. Although the Hall reserves the right to charge for a late cancellation please do not be concerned as in recent years no charge has been made for a cancellation.  This clause is there to ensure the Hirer always lets the Hall Bookings Adminstator of any changes to their booking.  So to cancel please contact

Publicity for your event…..

If you want publicity for your event to be included in Reynoldston Village News please contact the editor at ………

The editor will include your event, free of charge, in the “What’s On” listing.

Space is often limited in the Reynoldston Village News, but the editor has discretion to include a one page advert for an event, in one month’s publication. Normally this will incur a charge of £15, but may be waived for regular users of the Hall.
